Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help you make positive changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviours, by focused heightened suggestibility. During the session you will be guided into a relaxed state where you will be open to suggestions by accessing your subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy can assist with many areas, stress, anxiety, trauma and phobias to name a few. I offer a safe, non judgmental, calm setting where we can explore the areas you feel you need to work on. I can work with clients face to face and offer an online service.
